Prices

GENERAL INFORMATION

Word Processing fees include spell-checking, light editing, proofreading, and one laser printout on white 20# or 24# letter-sized paper (8½" x 11") and are based on Courier 10 cpi font (according to the Industry Production Standards of the Association of Business Support Services International). Proportional fonts may be substituted once the price for the job has been figured at Courier 10 rates. Colored and/or special papers are available on request. Rates are based upon client's documents being legible and organized. If we can't read your copy and have to take more time to decipher your originals, it will cost you more.

Since desktop publishing and web design require more "designing" and are more detail-oriented than word processing, rates may be subject to individual job specifications. Résumés are laser-printed on fine quality parchment. Some custom jobs, such as business cards, postcards, or brochures, require special stock. All printouts are high-resolution laser originals. Color printing is also available.

Final proofreading is the customer's responsibility. Typographical errors will be corrected at no charge before the final printout. Projects with an estimated total cost of $100 or more require a 50% non-refundable deposit prior to the start of the job. Full payment is expected upon completion and delivery of final project. Prices are subject to change.

 

 

WEB DESIGN PRICES

Since web design is uniquely individual to each client, charges may vary, depending on your specific requirements. However, the prices below can be used as a guideline.

Single Page Site - $150
Some small businesses may only require a one-page "flyer" type Web presence to promote their products and services. We can display your company logo, a brief description of your company or organization, and provide contact information.

Multi-Page Site - Single Page Price + $75 each additional page
Some businesses require a multi-page "brochure" type Web site in order to provide adequate information to their audience. Additionally, it is not wise to make individual Web pages too large or too information-packed, as they will require longer load times and more scrolling than many viewers will tolerate. Generally, all pages of a well-designed Web site will link to one another so that your viewers are ensured of easy navigation among all the pages in the site. Some very large sites may require site maps to help with the navigation.

Site Updates: $40 per hour.

Prices include:

  • initial consultation
  • custom site design and construction
  • importing client-provided text
  • conversion of client-provided images
  • graphic design (any individual graphics or buttons required for site navigation or page titles)
  • publishing the site to a Web server
  • registration with the major search engines
  • minor maintenance of the site

"Custom work" includes announcements, business cards, certificates, flyers, greeting cards, invitations, manuals, menus, newsletters, programs, reports, stationery, etc.

Elegant laser calligraphy varies by job
Scanning 3.00/scan
